Foundation Support for the Book Containing the Life of Turkmen National Struggler Sadun Köprülü

Osman OKTAY wrote a documentary novel based on the memories of Sadun KÖPRÜLÜ from Kirkuk, who pursued the cause of Turkishness since his childhood and was subjected to unbelievable torture by the Saddam regime. You will find the general history of Iraq, the Turkish presence there going back a thousand years, how Kirkuk, Mosul, Erbil and its environs became a Turkish homeland, and the legendary struggle of the Turkmens.
In addition, you will learn about the dirty past of Kurdish leaders who deceived their own people as a tool for international powers, and you will witness interesting documents.

In order to deliver this book to readers in the Turkmeneli region, the Turkmeneli Foundation will purchase 50 copies and send them to the region.

NGO’s Consultation Meeting in Kirkuk


Turkmeneli Foundation, the Turkmeneli Reconstruction and development institution with which it cooperates in Kirkuk; Civil Society Organizations coordinator of the Iraqi Prime Ministry and the United Nations (YUNAMI) held a consultation meeting in Kirkuk with the participation of the Civil Society Organizations. NGOs active in Kirkuk attended the meeting. Cooperation and working systems were discussed between them.
